What makes an Accredited Senior Agent™ different?
Apart from the benefits outlined on the front page of this site, and those explained in the presentation ‘Why Choose an ASA’, you’ll never have to contend with the #1 complaint people have about real estate agents – lack of communication.
As reported in a survey of 300,000 sellers in 2010 in the US, the vast majority of people said that once they’d listed their home, they never heard from their agent again, until the agent wanted them to reduce the price. When you hire an ASA, you are not hiring a sale-focused salesperson; you are hiring a consultant who will take the time to help you understand the realities of the marketplace, so you can make an informed decision right from day one.
