I work with seniors and their families as they navigate the maze of financial, legal and emotional issues that accompany the sale of a home and assist Boomers in relocating to the home of their future. In some cases, Senior’s may make the choice to stay put and a move is not in the foreseeable future for them – that’s OK too.
An M-ASA is uniquely qualified to assist the 50 plus market in housing sales and purchases by having additional education on how to help seniors and their families with later-in-life real estate transactions. I draw upon the expertise of a network of specialists, such as estate planners, accountants, and eldercare lawyers, and others who are familiar with local community resources and services.
